Vlad was amazing to work with: straightforward, professional, personable, trustworthy and reliable. He did what he said he was going to do, and in record time and for a very reasonable price. He was pleasant, polite, friendly. I was very impressed with him, and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was great! I would use him again without reservation. He powerwashed, masked, and painted my house in three days. He also caulked the areas of wood that had holes, and repaired a woodpecker hole for me. I wholeheartedly recommend him. What impressed me about him was how straightforward he was. I really felt as though I could trust him.

Vlad and his team were very professional and did an amazing job on my interior paint, especially my 30 feet ceiling and main entrance. They worked very hard until the very end and finished the whole project on time as promised. I will use his service again for future projects.

The job that Vlad did for our house was painting the exterior trim and door jams. He estimated that the original work that I asked him to do would take a day and a half, but it only took him a day. After that I asked him to do some additional painting, which took him less than half of the next day to do.
I was a little bit scared at first since I didn't see him covering anything up prior to painting, although he could have covered some things up and I didn't notice. He didn't make mistakes, however. Everything looked great when the painting was done.
I was amazed at how quickly he was able to do the painting, and how reasonable the price was. He was also able to come out for an estimate the day after I posted that I was looking for a painter on Thumbtack, and do the painting one week later, which was important since I needed the work done soon.

The house was painted in a reasonable time given the wet weather. I appreciated the fact that Vlad gave me an estimate when I was unable to meet him due to my hospitalization. (Other painters had refused to complete an estimate without me being there.) He matched the 3 colors of the original paint and the house looks great.

I usually charge $1.50 per square foot for exterior Painting.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get information about the project first,
Look at the project then i ask for an email address and send them an estimate. Ones they receive it they can view it and then contact me. When we meet i ask to complete and sign a contract prior to start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated High School.
Went to collage for a year, took mostly business, writing and accounting classes.
General contracting License.
