- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system I have for my service includes averages from previous work done. These averages were calculated using Microsoft Excel to record all the work that was done over the course of three years while I was completing my degree and doing construction and maintenance for several apartment complexes in Vancouver, WA.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Email is usually how communication is initiated. After introductions I provide my phone number. If the potential new customer is still interested then text messaging or a phone call follows in which a meet and greet is arranged. At the meet and greet the work to be done is explained to me and I provide potential new customers with a time frame of when I will respond with an estimate. I will meet deadlines and if the new customer likes what I have to offer then the work is started usually within a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of experience in the construction field as well as a Masters in Business Administration degree.
