Allen trimmed a cedar as well as a Japanese maple to "downsize" our front yard this fall. Allen is always professional, on time and within budget.

I was given a price for some pruning. I paid it, the work was done same day. He then came knocking on my door two days later wanting 200.00 more since the job was a "bigger one" than he knew. Had he come out to look at the project first, instead of guessing, this could have been avoided. When you live paycheck to paycheck, financial surprises are not a welcoming thing. That's bad business. Tacky. The guys that actually do the physical work were great. Hardworking guys, they were friendly and did a good job.

We set an appointment for 3pm on 7/22/17. About 2:10pm, I think it was "Allen" who called to ask if he could push it back 2 hours. I would have constructed my day differently had I known it would be that late, but I agreed. By 5:25, he still hadn't shown, nor had he called. So I called and left a message to say that I assumed he was not going to show, so thank you anyway. At the very least, a phone call to apologize would have been the professional and courteous thing to do. I work very long hours and have a killer commute. This cost me yet another weekend before I can find another company to get the help I need. I highly recommend that you do not call these folks.

Price was outstanding, took a couple of days to come together on a scheduled, but work was done at agreed upon time. Don't miss out on his estimate, you might find its what you really feel work should be done for and not what companies are actually asking for. 1/4 the price of every other estimate and most importantly work was well done.
