- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated. Rates start at $125 for individuals, and $150 for couples.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is required by the ICF (International Coach Federation) that I continue my education in my specific field of credentialing. Mine being, CPC (Certified Professional Coach) by attending conferences, classes, workshops, etc. Without doing so, I cannot remain a member of the ICF, the industry standard for Professional Coaches.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my graduate studies in Counseling, I was introduced to Life Coaching. I was very familiar with therapy and counseling, yet there was great appeal for me the more I researched and actually hired a Life Coach. The pace of moving forward with many "ah-ha" moments of self realization were key for me. While giving credence to my past, it was not the focus of my session, rather, "let's take a look at it" to establish a good base-line, "then let's get to work to get you to where you want to go." I was sold on Life Coaching as my career. As a result, it's not only my livelihood, but my heart. Head knowledge and methodologies are necessary, but without the connection from the head to the heart in my opinion, you can't create a result most clients are wanting. It's the right place for me, and I believe it's why my clients gain value from working with me.
