FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find the right studio and producer that understands your sound or the sound you are looking for. Consider your budget and what you are planning on doing with the recordings before deciding where and who you are going to record with. There are several studios to choose from in the Portland / Vancouver area that can fit into varying budgets. Beware of studios that charge a very low rate. Also make sure that the control room is not in the same room as the performing drummer!!! Its also good to meet with the producer or engineer before recording. Tour their facility and get an idea about the engineers process and audio philosophies. Check out any mixes they produced that were recorded in their studio and try to listen to them in the control room.Try to get to know them as a person too, you will be spending a lot of time with him or her, make sure you can get along! :) We are an affordable recording studio with a formally educated and experienced engineer and producer, with international credits. We offer packages, hourly rates and lock out rates for recording and mixing and graphic design. The studio is funky, friendly and have a great vibe - but most importantly sounds awesome!
