As a practicing massage therapist since 2008 I truly believe relaxation is the key to healing most aches and pains. I specialize in working with clients who suffer from neck, shoulder and back pains using a combination of deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial techniques and long flowing Swedish strokes to release muscle tension.
