- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is calculated by the square footage to be cleaned and what type of surface.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I answer all questions. I will explain everything I'm going to do and when were done you will look over the work. If there is something you don't like just let us know and we will fix it how you see it best. Satisfaction is our goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years of experience...Hands on training always gives you the best in experience and training. It doesn't take a masters degree to power wash but with the equipment we use anyone without the training can cause damage to either themself or what they are trying to clean
