I waited a year before posting my review to make sure that the roof is good quality. Seems great. The gutters too. Ibex was a great company to work with, the original salesman who gave us the bid was great and respectful and fun and knowledgeable. It turned out to be a very difficult job for them because there were a lot of unforeseen challenges that our old house from 1908 presented. Ibex ended up making a lot of mistakes along the way, But they corrected every single one and stood by their original bid even though it cost them out of pocket to stay true to their word. I have massive respect for them and would use them again in an instant. Highly recommended.

Travis and the IBEX team were super communicative, fast, and professional. Responded to inquiries in a very short time frame and were patient with all of our questions. Once booked they were on our roof within days and did a very fast and thorough job AND were sure to clean up all materials. Pricing is usually done on a per job basis. On average, roof replacements range from $250-$1000 per square (100 sq ft). On the lower end are simple asphalt composition roofs, on the high end are premium products on complicated roofs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the customer house, go over a new roof folder that contains all our info and examples, answer all their questions, make a bid on hand for them, and keep in touch with them.
