I would definitely use Lohner again for any roofing needs. Work was done very quickly, did an excellent job and staff was very professional and friendly. Overall an excellent experience and cost was very reasonable - complete replacement of roof and gutters.

From the first contact through to the completed roof I felt very confident that Lohner Construction cared about their customers and provided a quality product. Being retired, I was able to hang around and observe while they replaced my roof. My questions and concerns were quickly answered and every crew member was very courteous. I noticed that the crew worked together seamlessly and when one needed some extra help for something it seemed like someone else was watching and stepped in to assist then resumed their own task. They started out laying down tarps to protect plants around the house and to catch any debris that came off the roof. All the old roofing was carefully carried and dropped into a trailer off one corner of the house. At the end of the project they also double checked around the house to catch anything that might have ended up on the ground and ran a magnet over the area to capture any nails that fell. While re-roofing the house they also replaced a leaky skylight and installed some fascia boards I had ready for them.
Lohner Construction's bid was not the least expensive bid I received but I felt more confidence in their professionalism and quality than the others which was very evident while watching them work. I highly recommend Lohner Construction for any roofing project you may have.

Absolutely great experience! I meet with several companies for estimates for a new roof (tear off and replacement) and am glad I went with Lohner.
Kado stopped by to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable about roofing and committed to top notch service. He was genuine and casual in the conversation. No salesmanship just a good dude that wanted to do a quality job. He was the 4th estimate I got and the last.
Once I selected Lohner, they showed up as promised and delivered as expected. The team did a great job of protecting the house, shrubs, etc. and on the clean up.
I suppose the coming rains will tell the story on the performance of the system, but this is a quality contractor that used quality materials so no doubt it will match the rest of my experience.
Btw, this is a family owned business that does the work themselves- not a broker that hires some piece work guys to bang out roofs. Kado, his father and a group of guys that have all been working together everyday for many years did the install.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best warranty for the best price GUARANTEED. The price we bid you, is the price you pay. With lohner construction you'll never have to worry about getting slammed with "extras" on your bill at the end of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a few different options for our new customer process. One option is to make an appointment and have us come out to the house and go over the project, materials, and company with you in person for a 15 minute no pressure consultation. If we are there longer than 15 minutes, its because you are still asking questions. This is our preferred method.
The next option is to have us use our roofing software to measure your roof from a remote location using google satellite imagery. We can email you an estimate on the same day. This works 90% of the time. The only parts we cannot see are current layers of roofing, or highly tree covered areas.
Once you get our estimate and you like our numbers, we can schedule a follow up visit to cover any additional information or questions, and verify site conditions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been roofing for over 30 years. I've personally trained everyone of my employees, and they are held to the highest standard. We are also certified installers of gaf, certainteed, and owen's Corning.
