I got a hold of Kado Last year when I just purchased my house coz the roof needed to be changed, He came over and gave me a quote, his quote was really good but we were not able to do it immediately since we were low in budget. Almost a year had passed and 10 other quotes later 1 person was able to beat his quote but the other guy was so slow to respond and the warranty was a joke. It was a no brainier, definitely went with lohner construction. These peeps are extremely professional, crazy fast with what they do, and very very respectful. I do construction my self and wanted some extra stuff on my roof to attach a future roof deck to, was gonna install it while they were workin on it, but these great workers said "dont worry about it, well take care of that too" talk about customer service! They kept the place super clean, there were no traces of debris found around the property. All I can say is that I refereed this family operated company to all my friends and even my neighbor. If in the future I need to have a roof job on one of my properties? I wont hesitate to book them!

Lohner Construction did a fantastic job on our roof. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. They were easy to work with and always respectful of my time. We got a few other bids to compare and Lohner came in at a better price with a better warranty and better quality of materials. Some bids we had came in close to the same price but they then told us that there would be additional charges for the steepness of our roof and any sheets of plywood that might need to be replaced. Kado and his team did a quality job and it only took 2 days. They cleaned up after themselves and actually left my porch and patio cleaner than they found it.

I found a broken shingle, Kado came and carefully inspected the roof and caulked some exposed nails, all for free. The shingles were from neighbors house. I am a happy man now.

Lohner Construction came out to bid the job on time, and the pitch was low-key, which was much appreciated. They were very clear about their communications, did the job as promised, and even exceeded my expectations for the care they took for the yard and for cleanup.

Absolutely great experience! I meet with several companies for estimates for a new roof (tear off and replacement) and am glad I went with Lohner.
Kado stopped by to do the estimate and was very knowledgeable about roofing and committed to top notch service. He was genuine and casual in the conversation. No salesmanship just a good dude that wanted to do a quality job. He was the 4th estimate I got and the last.
Once I selected Lohner, they showed up as promised and delivered as expected. The team did a great job of protecting the house, shrubs, etc. and on the clean up.
I suppose the coming rains will tell the story on the performance of the system, but this is a quality contractor that used quality materials so no doubt it will match the rest of my experience.
Btw, this is a family owned business that does the work themselves- not a broker that hires some piece work guys to bang out roofs. Kado, his father and a group of guys that have all been working together everyday for many years did the install.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer the best warranty for the best price GUARANTEED. The price we bid you, is the price you pay. With lohner construction you'll never have to worry about getting slammed with "extras" on your bill at the end of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a few different options for our new customer process. One option is to make an appointment and have us come out to the house and go over the project, materials, and company with you in person for a 15 minute no pressure consultation. If we are there longer than 15 minutes, its because you are still asking questions. This is our preferred method.
The next option is to have us use our roofing software to measure your roof from a remote location using google satellite imagery. We can email you an estimate on the same day. This works 90% of the time. The only parts we cannot see are current layers of roofing, or highly tree covered areas.
Once you get our estimate and you like our numbers, we can schedule a follow up visit to cover any additional information or questions, and verify site conditions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been roofing for over 30 years. I've personally trained everyone of my employees, and they are held to the highest standard. We are also certified installers of gaf, certainteed, and owen's Corning.
