I searched for awhile looking for a company I felt I could trust to properly clean and remove moss from our relatively new roof. Northwest Roof Maintenance was recommended by the company that installed our roof. Ruben provided a very reasonable estimate after a through inspection, noting that our new electric power drop was improperly installed, and if not corrected would result in premature failure/damage that would not be covered under our warranty. The work was very capably and professionally performed by Drayvn, who also took the time necessary for a very thorough clean-up. Drayvn showed me "before and after" pictures of the work performed, and what will need to be done in thefuture. After that we walked around the house to be sure his cleanup met our requirements. I was so impressed with the service received that I have recently recommended Ruben, Drayvn, and NWRM to a friend who also needs this service. "A satisfied customer is always the best referral."

Joey C did a great job with our roof. He was very meticulous despite the over 100 day. This company was very professional from the beginning and communicated via text and email to confirm our appointments for the roof inspection and the moss removal and spraying. This was so different than the companies we had contacted a few months earlier. Northwest Roof Maintenances professionalism was greatly appreciated.

The service is phenomenal! It was very fast to get on their schedule after my estimate. Then Caleb came out and did a very good job cleaning the roof and gutters. He was so respectful of my property, and covered things to help keep the area clean. He cleaned the entire area before leaving. He was also extremely kind and someone I would love to have back when I need roof maintenance again. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

More like 10 stars! Micha who I first interacted with was extremely professional. Very down to earth and well spoken. He put his ladder up to the roof and looked around. Told me what to expect and a quote. Great guy. I accepted the quote because the price was great. I needed a roofcleaning and moss cleanup.They got me in the next day and Issac, was the warrior that came by to clean up the roof. He was amazing. It was raining while he was doing the clean up but he soldiered on. Safely of course! He had harnesses and everything. He set up the tarp on the ground to make sure not too much moss or debris would be left on the ground. Professional and very kind! Issac cleaned up and even hosed down my tool shed and surrounding area that had some over spray from the blower. I can't say enough good things about him and his amazing work ethics.I can't forget about the person who took my phone call as well. They were very pleasant to speak with and very customer service oriented. Kudos to the entire Northwest Roof Maintenance team.You get way more than you pay for.If you've never done a roofcleaning before, that white substance they put on the roof is completely normal!
