We hired Robinson when we had a potential second floor leak that was showing on our kitchen ceiling. Some miscommunications led to work being done we didnt expect or need. Instead of charging us and washing their hands of it, Robinson heard out our concerns and worked with us to get everything sorted so we were made whole. We specifically worked with Kelly on this and he was amazing - he took accountability for Robinsons work, was communicative (never had to chase him down for updates), and proactive in trying to problem solve. He really demonstrated the very high standard Robinson maintains for their employees and work product. I hope to never need another restoration company, but if we did, because of working with Kelly, we would call Robinson again.

We had Robinson Restoration come out and check our laundry room ceiling after we had a brief leak. Kyle was very helpful and courteous. He and the rest of the crew were incredibly kind and respectful about our health concerns. We have a newborn and wanted limited contact and certain safety procedures. They all willingly accommodated our requests. The work they did was also great quality and efficient which we appreciated, My wife and I recommend this company!

We had a really unfortunate flood at our newly renovated home. Robinson Restoration has been incredibly helpful during the whole process. There's been some extra challenging portions on the administrative side, and Sierra has not only been helpful, but kind, compassionate, and has gone above and beyond to help us.
