Joanne worked with me to change a logo that I already had, which wasn't quite what I had wanted. She quickly added color and a slight change which made it pop the way I wanted it to. She then created a business card and letterhead with my new logo. Joanne has been friendly, helpful, timely, and clear in her communication with me in terms of what to expect and deadlines. I definitely will use her services in the future.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say make an informed choice, be sure the creative has a valid portfolio and be sure they know the difference in design resolution and print vs. web colors. A vector graphic is a must if you are having a logo/brand designed.
