- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email back and forth or just chat on the phone and then we usually meet at the time of the session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When we worked at Sears we went through many training classes about posing and lighting and working with children. Plus we have 14 years of experience each and experience is something you just can't train because it comes with time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We both started at Sears Portrait studio in 2002, after almost 10 years we decided that we could offer better product and service if we were on our own and then in November of 2011 we put in our notices and opened our doors as Connection Photography.
