- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The primary cost of your event is dependent on the menu you choose. We thrive on creating customized menus, especially for heavy hors d'oeuvres menus. To keep things easy, we can create a menu that fits with in your budget. That menu can always be tweaked however you see fit. I have found that this is a great starting point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only thing constant about this industry is that things are constantly changing. Every week, I attend seminars, conferences, expos, trade shows, networking groups, read books, magazines and articles, take classes, etc. Whatever is available and fits with my schedule. Luckily, I have a boss who is extremely supportive of continuing education. Even in my spare time, I am checking out Etsy, Pinterest and other tools to keep up with trends.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Exceptional food provided by a banquet hall or catering business is a reality! Fox Banquets is especially known for having exceptional, made from scratch food. Don't pay for or accept mediocre food for your event, your guests will thank you for it (literally).
