- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically have a flat rate depending on the type of shoot, but sometimes I'll do an hourly rate. Like I said, it all depends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting work with a new client, we'll typically schedule a meet up at a coffee shop or somewhere relaxing and outdoors. I'll show them my portfolio in person, go over my contracts, and then let them know the process of shooting and then when they'd receive the final images/video.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took two classes in high school for photography, and everything else I've learned since then has been self taught. I have worked with a portrait studio back in Appleton, WI and have learned a good amount of poses/work flow techniques through them. I've also shadowed wedding photographers.
