Introduction: I work closely with my clients...either in one-on-one private sessions or small group sessions. I am willing to meet in my clients' homes or in other offsite locations. It's important for me to get to know my clients to understand their needs and goals...and help them reach them!! My priority is to provide a memorable and rewarding yoga experience that improves your health long-term! I have special training to use yoga for personal training and also a Yoga for Cancer certification to work with those going through cancer or recovering. I have over 8 years experience working with athletes. I also love working with students new to yoga to instruct them in the basics and provide the confidence to take their practice to the next level. In-studio group classes are available at Yoga Elements in Menasha. I enjoy educating on the benefits yoga provides, for body, mind and spirit. I delight in seeing students reach "a-ha!" moments when they break through fitness goals, finally get their breath in line with movement, or are able to let go of something they have been holding on to emotionally.
