- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing can vary based on square footage, tile type, installation layout pattern, outlet/switch cutouts, and trim options. I do promise to provide the highest quality work and materials at our below industry standard pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make it as painless as possible. I’ll meet with the customer at their home and at their convenience. We’ll take measurements and discuss layout options and material choices. I will digitally deliver a quote the same day unless a tile option needs to be decided on yet. A customer can supply their own tile, visit one of my showroom partners to pick out a style they love, or I can provide the tile based on a customer’s request. For example, classic white gloss subway tile may not need a showroom visit, and the customer may prefer not to pick up heavy boxes of tile themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained the majority of my experience through doing. I’ve learned over the years by making mistakes, correcting them, and learning what works and what doesn’t. I’ve taken numerous continuing education classes focusing on new products and installation techniques.
