I talked with Adam around noon Friday, July 5th. I needed some maintenance on my garage door. He called me back after talking with Jimmy the technician. Jimmy called me and was here within 30 minutes. He came prepared and very professional. I'd use Garage Door Pro again.

The company responded immediately to my request, and Dave showed up promptly the next morning! He was able to complete the repair right away after the free on-site quote and at a very reasonable rate. He made sure to explain how we can prevent another issue since our slab is crooked in the future. Hopefully I'll never need to, but would be happy to hire him again!

Installer worked in 2 degree weather. Replaced door scanners. Very quick install and he was courteous through the whole process. Was scheduled for 3:30 and he showed up at 3:29!
