We recently hired Z Plumberz to remove an old cast iron stack and replace it with PVC, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish.From the initial scheduling through completion of the job, communication was clear, timely, and professional. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and what the impact would be on our water usage during the project, which helped us plan around the work.Our tech, Nick M, did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, walked me through the plan before starting, and answered all my questions in plain language so I understood exactly what he was doing and why. Nick worked efficiently but carefully, and it was obvious he took pride in doing the job the right way rather than just rushing to finish.The removal of the old cast iron stack was handled very safely and with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. Nick protected the surrounding area, managed the mess extremely well, and cleaned up thoroughly when the work was done. The new PVC stack looks great. Everything is neatly installed, properly supported, and clearly labeled, which gives me a lot of confidence in the long-term reliability of the repair.Pricing was fair for the amount of work involved, and there were no surprise add-ons at the end. Nick took the time to walk me through what was done, what to watch for, and how to reach the team if I had any follow-up questions or issues. That level of service and accountability is exactly what you hope for but dont always get with trades.Overall, Id highly recommend Z Plumberz, and specifically Nick M, for any plumbing work, especially bigger jobs like stack replacements. Quality workmanship, strong communication, and a professional attitude made this a five-star experience.
