Mark was very knowledgeable at what he does. Mark answered all of my questions and gave me recommended remedies to the issues he inspected. He took his time to do a quality inspection. I would highly recommended him to anyone. This is how a homeinspection should be like!

Mark did a pre-purchase home inspection for us and did a phenomenal job. He was extremely thorough and detailed. When we had questions he took the time to explain and gave us maintenance suggestions to keep our property well maintained. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ensure you are hiring an Inspector that has experience and will do a complete inspection "not just a run threw" if they tell you it will only take an hour & half to complete; they are not doing a complete inspection and your money will be wasted.
