Having to call someone for basement flooding is not a pleasurable thing, because not only are you stressed about possible damage, but you are also wondering how the water will get out. Fortunately, in working with ERS, I was not as stressed. They were able to give me a quote, and on the same day, come back and complete the service. They drained the water, cleared the drain, and left drying equipment and dehumidifier to deal with not having further damage or mold. Additionally, the project manager returned the next day to look at the hot water heater and furnace. These are reasons that I can stand behind when I give a 5 star rating.

My husband and I went through the time to get quotes from 4 businesses specializing in mold remediation for our attic. Of all 4 estimates, ERS (Steve Kelsey was our direct contact) was the most professional and was the ONLY one who did not try any sales pushing. Very honest and thorough about the process they would be doing on our attic, were punctual and respectful. We will only go through ERS in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

I was very impressed with the quick response to my emergent flooding in my house. Josh was very quick to call back, come out to assess the situation and give me information regarding what I could expect. He walked me through his concerns of damage, reassured me about safety concerns, discussed the process that would take place with his company advised me of the deconstruction, drying process (mitigation) and also reconstruction of my damaged property. Josh was very knowledgeable regarding the steps that were involved with my insurance company, answered questions and was available for questions throughout the project. His employees and subcontractors were respectful and very task orientated throughout the project. It is difficult to have unknown people in one's home and Josh was very clear about who to expect at my house each day with times included to lessen my concerns and keep some sense of organization present for my work and personal life. My personal property was treated with respect and packed up carefully. Josh kept me updated so I knew what, when and how things would be happening. Speaking to the pricing of the project, I was kept informed as things presented and the costs that would keep my project within my insurance companies program were crystal clear. All additional upgrades I chose were clearly delineated so I was informed before making a decision exactly where my cost end point would be. I am very happy with the professionalism of this company and would highly recommend them for any type of emergent fire or flood damage and restoration.
