To be honest I was worried using this site and from start to finish the process was great with Greyhound. Local company that answered my questions quickly and made my decision easy. We have used national companies in past and it took weeks to get a response. I probably sent 4-5 emails and I had a response in less than an hour. Once they started work at our property, they were making things look cleaner which our current cleaner could never do. 5 stars all day long
