- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing system that can be found on my website at jrsphotography.smugmug.com but I am always willing to negotiate a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with new customers, right away I want them to feel comfortable with me. It does not matter how skilled I am at being a photographer, if my clients are not comfortable with me, the photos are not going to be as great great as they can be. I always make sure I am actively listening to my clients to ensure that I meet and exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years of experience working with cameras and lighting techniques. I also have certified classes that further helped me understand what it means to be a professional photographer. Furthermore I have hands on experience from previous photoshoots.
