Read reviews that mention:
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of the size of your home. Our rates start at $250 for a home less than 500 square feet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to meet with or speak with a customer and obtain the basic contact information and a few details about the home. We then discuss what they are looking for in an inspector and the inspection process. The inspection is then completed and the report is returned to the customer. We are always available to answer any questions the customer may have before, during and after the inspection is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Home Inspector license #3324-106 with the State of WI and am also a Certified Residential Thermographer. My inspector training was done through ATI Home Inspector Institute and I have since become a Certified Professional Inspector with InterNACHI. My professional background is diverse in business and the construction trades. I have over 20 years of work experience in various business roles with my largest experiences being in energy efficiency/weatherization programs as well as previously owning my own handyman business in southeastern WI. I hold a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from the University of WI – Oshkosh.
