Ray's Heating is THE BEST! Lisa is always on-the-spot helpful whenever we call -- in emergencies or maintenance service. Ray is always accommodating and knowledgeable. He has installed a new boiler, water heater, gas log fireplace, new a/c units in two different homes, and performed spring and fall maintenance in both homes -- all to our complete satisfaction. We trust him completely and would never call anyone else for our heating and cooling needs. And, we consider his pricing to be honest, fair, and reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any hidden fees, such as, a truck charge, that other companies add when submitting their Invoice to you for payment. If you are quite far out of our area, we may include a truck charge, however, you would be made aware of that before we scheduled the appointment.
