- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For repairs I typically only need photos or videos and can provide price. Minimum charge is $150. For hanging drywall or finishing rooms, garages, basements I typically go in site get measurements and come up with a price that way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to keep the process simple, professional, and transparent: Initial Conversation - to fully understand customer needs. On-site Evaluation - (Sometimes photos/videos) Clear Estimate - with upfront price and explanation. Schedule project - once everything is approved and we both agree on convenient time. Final walkthrough - Review finished work with customer and get final approval.
