- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge around 50% less then the big named companies but still offer the same experienced professional doing the work. We also have promotional contests every so often giving away free treatments but only to our loyal customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make them feel as if they are more than just a client to us. We care about every customer and hope to make their day every time we see them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed full pesticide applicator and rodent removal training down in Madison.
