- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving initial information from a customer i review it and promptly send over an estimate. After the customer reviews it i will answer any questions or make any necessary adjustments. My goal is to answer all emails, phone calls, text messages within 24 hours as i know no one likes to wait days or weeks to hear back from a contractor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of experience with hands on work in the construction / restoration field. I am certified in Mold remediation, Lead Safe Renovator and Water Technician. I also took a Wood Techniques program through a local college. I am very interested in continuing education and always looking to add more education and certifications!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started back when i was in high school. My cousin as well as my wife's cousin were both in the field and it just stuck out to me as something i would enjoy doing as a career.
