Sonix Studio was a terrible disappointment. Do not trust this company, they're sketchy as hell. I'm a small business owner that put a lot of trust in Sonix and they fell flat on their face. Chad talked a big game and delivered very little. After hiring them, I learned they outsourced ALL of the work to 3rd-world developers. For my project, they delivered only a fraction of the functionality I hired AND fully paid for. After 18 months, I fired them and took them to court. Over a dozen developers looked at the codebase to finish the project and they all (separately) agreed, your better off starting over than working with the garbage that Sonix created. They claim they can do it all by outsourcing, in reality they're just a waste of your time and money.

There is a lot of untruths told here. Yes, the project didn't go well. The bid was for 84 hours work of work. No, the client didn't fire us.... after 180 hours of work were provided, and the client was still asking for more changes, we fired them. In return, he took us to court, where the case was dismissed as we provided evidence that the work the client was promised was delivered. The client still owes us for the additional work. We have our own team of developers. We hire the best so that we produce the best. With 100+ projects per year, we wouldn't be in business if every project went as this client described. This client had an unreasonable set of expectations, was late or disappeared from the project for months on end, and continued to change the scope of work. The court read through the documentation, agreed with the above, and the court case was dropped. The client's own attorney agreed with our presentation and suggested his client drop the case. There are two sides to every story. We did feel we needed to clear the air here. We always admit fault when we messed up. This project wasn't one of them.

Our focus is on quality. In the end, we want each customer to have a website that works. In order for us to do that, we spend extra time on each project to make sure it's right. Our prices aren't the cheapest, and that's because we are the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a discovery meeting. Our team is introduced to the client and we talk about their goals and dreams and layout the success plan. The results of that meeting are enough for us to create a design brief, which is the master plan for the project.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We worked with customers of all shapes and sizes, including Michael Jacksons Niece, Kevin & Torrei Hart, the Dallas Morning news and much more.
