Responded quickly to initial inquiry and asked questions to get clear understanding of job. Arrived early and sent me a message letting me know he was here but not to worry about starting early if I wasn’t available yet. Introduced himself and crew professionally and asked to review the path he was taking for moving our treadmill. Took the time to think through the best way to load and move the item and he and his crew communicated to each other very well and professionally. Plex Multiservice is easy to work with and we would definitely hire them again!

Highly recommend Plex for furniture moving. I really appreciated the quick response time on messages for my inquiries. When our closing date got moved due to Covid, they were able to accommodate our new date without any problem. These guys make moving heavy furniture look easy! While moving downstairs and through tight corners they communicate with each other to make sure not to ding our stuff. They moved quickly and efficiently and didn't waste any time. Thanks for helping us move into our new home!

My parents are Seniors now, my brothers live on west coast, and I’m a widow. So we do not have any men in our lives to help us move and fix stuff. These guys were great across the board! They were early to appointment, they were professional in every way possible, they were smart and kind to us. They moved our China set display cases from second floor all the way to basement! They were awesome I highly recommend them!
