I think that I am a little more picky about things than most other cleaning companies. I also do extra things that the customer wants done without charging them. We also have a 25% discount on your first month cleaning, for business cleaning only. Also, 10% discount each month for window cleaning of businesses.
I like the progress when we are cleaning. You start on a dirty mess and end with a sparkling clean place.

Keith did a fantastic job on the exterior windows and having a clean solar tubein the kitchen is a real treat. I am only sorry I did not have him do the interior and screens also.

I look at individual jobs and price accordingly.
With cleaning the more days that you want us to work for you the cost will go
down because of less time doing these tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would contact customer to set up meeting to see what the job is and give them a price. If i would receive the job i would set appointment up to do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I usually read trade books and look on the internet for other information in my industry.
