FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service fees are flat rate to the public. We find this is fair to the industry and to you, the community we serve. We do not do hourly services for the general public. Everything is included in the flat rate fee; estimated hours per our hourly rate, mileage, and incidentals. We can explain how we calculated the flat rate fee at the end of the free initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First they schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Next we determine if we can help them. If not, we provide them with a direction to locate the correct professionals they need. We provide options available for their investigative needs. If the options meet their budget, we sign an agreement for services and collect payment. Finally we start their investigation and keep them updated throughout the process. After the investigation, we conduct a debriefing and produce receivables (the work product) if requested.
