Introduction: I have been in the accounting field for over 25 years, with over 20 years of cost accounting experience. I have worked for general and subcontractors, giving me an excellent understanding of the construction industry. Using QuickBooks since it first hit the market has provided a deep understanding of the program, and I have set up several companies who were not using an accounting program. The services that I offer are bookkeeping (accounts payable/accounts receivable), payroll and the corresponding liability payments, sales and use tax, setup and implementation of filing systems, analysis and improvement of work flow processes (improve efficiency), setup of Quick Books for new or existing businesses, training employees on how to use QuickBooks, and showing you how it saves money having a bookkeeper as opposed to employees. Most of these tasks can be completed either in your office or mine, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc. Some tasks can be completed only in your office, such as analyzing and improving work flow processes or setup and implementing a filing system. I have QuickBooks, and I can set your business up in my program, or you can purchase QuickBooks, and I can come to your office and set it up.
