- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly attending trainings to learn updates and get the skinny on the newer appliances coming onto the market. I recently attended an Electrolux and Samsung training.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any reputable appliance repair technician should charge a service call, it's a trip charge & diagnosis fee. If a company does not charge a service call fee or tells you it's included in the cost of repair thats a red flag.
