I'm from the old school, I seem to remember a time when business owners actually knew their customers by first name and appericated their business, greeted them with a smile, asked about their kids or pets and THAT is why I stand out from the rest. Meeting a lot of really nice people day to day and being able to help them with their problems at a fair price, providing that extra personal customer service and care, showing them I actually do appreciate their business and I know they could have called another company, but they didn't, they called me and for that I'm grateful and I show it.
