I'm from the old school, I seem to remember a time when business owners actually knew their customers by first name and appericated their business, greeted them with a smile, asked about their kids or pets and THAT is why I stand out from the rest.
Meeting a lot of really nice people day to day and being able to help them with their problems at a fair price, providing that extra personal customer service and care, showing them I actually do appreciate their business and I know they could have called another company, but they didn't, they called me and for that I'm grateful and I show it.

Took the time to diagnose the problem and decide on two possible solutions. Ordered a part for the least costly and quickest fix, installed it, and found that it did not resolve the problem. Because he was to be away for the next several days I decided to go elsewhere for the repair. Mark was prompt, personable, and thoroughly discussed the problem and possible solutions with me. I would call on him again.

Mark explained the causes and repairs needed before he started. Walked me through maintenance that I could perform, replaced the worn out part and gave me a 6 month warranty on the part. Highly recommend his service.

Mark came at 9 am today and determined the part he needed. He had to go almost to Chicago for the part, but he did, and got it installed and had completed the job by 4 pm today. No freight charges and only one service call. Very satisfied.

Mark was fast, clean, efficient and understanding. He is very thoughtful and personable as well as knowledgeable.
We were very impressed with his work in repairing our washing machine in March 2012 and even more impressed with his quick repair of our refrigerator June 2013.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly attending trainings to learn updates and get the skinny on the newer appliances coming onto the market. I recently attended an Electrolux and Samsung training.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Any reputable appliance repair technician should charge a service call, it's a trip charge & diagnosis fee. If a company does not charge a service call fee or tells you it's included in the cost of repair thats a red flag.
