Mike has done a few projects for us over the years, all with incredible, house-changing results we enjoy every day! (1) He put in wide LVP flooring on our whole main level, dealing with leveling issues and installing new subfloor in the process. Taking it from 5 different types of flooring, it streamlined the entire area. Mike is great with detail and got such a great, straight first line to work off of! I was so impressed! (2) He's also done a huge electrical project for us - installing 50 LED wafer lights across our whole house. He was able to troubleshoot many problem areas quickly and even install lighting where there was never overhead lighting. That's a huge win for us and a complete game-changer (light in the kitchen!!! Eeee!!!!!!) (3) Plumbing! He's also installed faucets for us and shut-off valves. Much appreciated because I have no idea how to do that. Overall - he's a thorough, happy, knowledgeable, willing guy with a great work ethic! We always enjoy when he comes to transform our home!
