Introduction: Once we complete your mold inspection we will review your lab testing results. Sometimes your mold problem is minor and you can handle it yourself. We will give you advice on the proper techniques and products to clean your home. If the project is more than you would like to handle yourself, we'll help you locate a mold remediation company, plumber, drywall contractor, any services you need to solve the moisture issues that contribute to mold growth.
Unlike mold remediation companies, we don't have a financial interest in finding mold. We're happy for you if your lab tests come back indicating that you don't have a mold issue.

I have been sick all winter long and because I have had water leak problems in the past I decided to have my home tested for mold. It turns out I had 3 varieties, all pretty common but can cause allergies and aggravate asthma. Healthy Home gave me a great checklist of things I need to do to keep my home cleaner using natural products.

My test results are back and....The good news: I don't have a mold problem! The bad news: I most likely have a dust allergy. Now I know what I need to do to feel better. After my inspection I received a ton of useful info: I need a better vacuum (and I DON'T have to shell out big bucks for the D word), I need to replace my furnace filters more often (duh), and I can make my own cleaning spray that isn't irritating.
