I've been working on friend's and family's computers for years. I have built several custom PC's of my own over the years. I am quick, knowledgeable and fair when it comes to repairing or building PC's. I am currently in school for Network and Security so I might also take on some Networking issues if I feel that I will be able to solve the problem. Whenever faced with something new or challenging, I always go above and beyond to make sure that the job is done and done right! I have always loved and been fascinated with computers. I take a personal pride approach whenever I am working on either my own PC or someone elses. I want to make sure the job is done right so that whatever problem existed previously, is gone and never happens again. What can I say, I am a closet nerd.

I am very pleased with the work that Will did to get my computer up and running again. He was able to give some suggestions about what could be wrong with my computer before he even started working on it. He was fair with his pricing and communicated with me throughout the repair process until the computer was ready. I am definitely going to use him in the future and I found out that he sells used computers too!

I contacted will after my Acer computer just about crashed. The computer was running slower than slow, and would not read most websites. I with in 2 days will had my computer back to me. My computer is basically brand new now. Runs very fast and does everything I need it to do! I really enjoyed working with Will. He explained everything to me asked me what I wanted him to do and had it done in less than 48 hours!!! Great job will!!!!

My hard drive failed on my laptop. Will took on the task and fixed it with very little down time. Very knowledgeable and very professional. I would take all my computers to him again for sure!

Parts are priced as what I can get them retail for. Labor is priced as $25 per hour.

I always try to be as informational and upfront as possible while explaining the process as simplified as I can so my customers feel a sense of assurance in the quality of work being done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out taking classes to be a computer support specialist, which led me into taking courses for cyber security.
