I decided to celebrate my wife’s 65th birthday with a surprise “stay safe at home” personal chef experience. After several declined, Alejandro from Franciscos Catering reached out. We decided a menu (grilled vegetable salads, steak, potatoes, asparagus, cream cheese flan) and he prepared a fabulous meal for the two of us, serving it outside on our patio. (His creamy rosemary mashed potatoes are to die for!) He was punctual, an ultimate professional while personable, and covid safe. We are already thinking about the next time we hire him!
