FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a solid pricing system while it is also affordable. One on one training sessions is 45 dollars per hour but if you order a group of 10 one hour sessions you will receive 5 dollars off of each session giving you a discount of 50 dollars. This discount only pertains to clients booking a group of ten training sessions at one time. If you order a group of 20 sessions at one time you will receive a 8 dollar discount off each session giving you a savings of 160 dollars.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's fast and simple because I get right down to the point of what you want accomplished meaning we will sit down and talk about what you want done with your dog. I will ask basic questions to get a good understanding of your dog so that i can implement the right training plan, and last but not least i will tell you about who i am as a trainer and what i will be doing to help you succeed. My goal is creating a clear understanding of the process so my clients are confident and comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended school for dog training and behavior science and graduated honors with distinction and received my certification. While attending school i did an internship at a established training facility where i did all kinds of training from basic to advanced obedience, and even earning my canine good citizen title for my dog through my internship. I have also worked with shelter dogs at the humane society helping with socializing and training them , and i also worked at a doggy daycare where i dealt with 35-50 dog's everyday.
