- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of my estimates for projects are what I charge the customer, very seldom do we have to deviate from the estimate numbers. Unless we are adding new items to the list
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to look at the home or building and walk through it with the customer to find out exactly what it is they want so that I can give them a decent estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in an apprenticeship program for 5 years and also have the training from my father.
