Louise M. says, "I hired URA to install a ceiling fan in my bathroom. They responded to my queries on Thumbtack very quickly and were helpful in suggesting which model I should buy. They came the day they said they would and installed the fan. I asked them to vent it through the attic space and out the roof (rather than blowing into the attic) and they did. What concerned me was that they left, having finished the job, but there remained a hole in the drywall where they had connected the electrical wiring to another light. It was stupid of me not to have checked before they left, but it never occurred to me. I contacted them and initially they said I should find someone to do the drywall repair and painting. I offered to pay another $100 and they agreed. They came back within a week and fixed it well. Overall, they were pleasant and responsive to work with. I would just be careful to discuss the project expectations very clearly."See more
