Carlos is great! I bought a condo that I thought was move in ready. Once I closedI realized I was fresh paint which included Door, trim and ceilings! As soon as I hired him the started the work immediately! Did a great job even though I kept adding work he did everything I requested and did it well!! I now have him redoing my bathroom! I am not moving in until the work is done and it will be perfect!

We hired Carlos to replace our basement stairs. It was a difficult project because we live in an old house where nothing is level or up to modern code, so it took extra work to come up with a plan that would pass inspection. Before he began the project, he came to the house and covered the floors that he'd be walking on to get to and from the basement. He also closed off the area around the stairs from the rest of the basement which was unnecessary because we have the world's worst unfinished basement but was indicative of the kind of care and respect he has for people's homes. He's a great communicator and kept us updated daily on his progress. He stayed on budget even though he had to spend some extra time troubleshooting the weird dimensions in our basement. The stairs came out great and we're already hiring him for another project. I would 100% recommend him to others!

Came out to discuss the project. Felt pretty good about it and the process of movino forward. Gave us a little less than a week for the estimate which surprised us but in a good way. I let the timeframe pass by a few days before requesting an update. No response. Let another week pass then asked again. Even asked they let us know they didnt want to move forward with us. No response. Super unprofessional. Do not recommend because how can you trust a company with and in your home if they can not be bothered by basic communication.
