I never knew that having a home cleaned could bring you to tears. I recently purchased an older home, and while I could see the potential, it was far from visible. Luis and his team were extremely easy to work with. They listened to what I had in mind and created a package that was exactly what I needed. Their work was amazing, and it was also very affordable. They showed up on time and were very professional about what they were doing. They followed me to my apt and immediately started their work after I told them what work I wanted them to do. And they got to work. I also asked for a few other things for them if they could and would do. They agreed and told me the price, and I accepted. I thought their prices were very good compared to the services provided at the senior living facility that reside at. So for $148.00 I received my apt was cleaned and most of my laundry was started. I also talked with them about some handyman work I need to get done around my apt and they said they could do them on their next visit in two weeks. And when they return they will bring back my bedding that they also agreed to clean for me for $20.00 so my total of 148.00 =128.00(cleaning)+20.00(laundry)

We offer preferred pricing for recurring clients and clearly defined add-on services such as ovens, refrigerators, and interior windows. A small reservation deposit may be required and is always applied toward the final total. There are no hidden fees—everything is explained upfront.

Once a customer contacts us through the app, we promptly send a message directly within the platform and also send a text message to the phone number they registered, ensuring clear and timely communication.
We then follow up with a phone call to answer questions, confirm details, and provide a personalized recommendation—often suggesting a deep cleaning for first-time clients to establish a high standard. Once the estimate is approved, we schedule the service, confirm all details, and deliver a thorough, professional cleaning. After the service, we discuss maintenance options to keep the space consistently clean.
