Daniela has cleaned my home twice now — starting with a deep clean and then moving to an every-two-week schedule. She has been great! She works very hard, never slows down until the job is done, and really pays attention to detail.
I work from home, and she works quietly but efficiently throughout the house. She is always polite and respectful of both our home and our belongings. I’m really glad I found her.
I’ve seen some cleaning services start strong and then fade over time, but I feel very good about the consistency Daniela has shown so far. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every price varies on the numbers of bedrooms, bathrooms, if there’s basement in the house, and of course the first time will be a little expensive cause it will always requieres a deep cleaning and after the first cleaning the price will decrease but it varies on how often the customer want their home cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is meet and agree with my customers in every term, I want my customers to feel comfortable while I’m cleaning so I don’t bother them at all if they working or either if they don’t want to get bothered
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 7 years of experience on cleaning houses etc.
