Introduction: I go out of my way to do those little extras that make your house or office sparkle! I take my time and clean everything exactly how I would expect my home to be cleaned if I were hiring someone to clean it. I use all organic, biodegradable cleaning products. I also do "add ons" such as change bed linens, load dishwasher, take trash out, ect. that most others charge extra for, absolutely free!! Being able to help make a customers life less stressful/hectic and freeing up time for them to spend with family, doing something they enjoy or just plain relaxing is the most rewarding part of my job!

She does a very good job and also very detailed with her work takes her time .She cleaned all my small and large appliances .Scrubbed my floors and whatever else I needed done .She listened to what I requested and did a good job Very pleased and will keep using her services.

I needed someone to clean my apartment in a hurry, the previous tenants left the place a terrible mess. I called Tracy and she was able to schedule a cleaning very quickly. The apartment was cleaned beyond my expectations, and was cleaner than when the previous tenants had moved in! I have called Tracy to do all my move outs since than, and have even hired her to do our home as well! I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for help!

Tracy has helped us for the past three years. She is attentive to our requests and has accommodated us when we've asked for a last-minute cleaning (like for unexpected guests). Tracy is pleasant and hard-working, and we are glad she's there for us.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I charge by the job instead of by the hour because the customer knows up front what they are being charged and I want to be able to take my time and do a thorough and complete cleaning each and every time!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I'm kind of a neat freak and have always loved to clean and organize. I also enjoy doing whatever I can do to help people and put a smile on their face!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning of residential homes. Vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Blinds, windows and change linens upon request. Deep cleans, move outs and new constructions. Office and business cleaning. I am also a huge lover of dogs and cats and will frequently feed, water, walk and play with current customers pets when they will be away from home for extended time periods due to work or being out of town.
