- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer daily/weekly/biweekly or monthly cleanings and we establish this amount by coming to your home and doing an initial deep clean. This cleaning generally takes twice as long as a normal cleaning because it's our first time there and the amount of stuff that needs to be done has been overlooked & because it is a lot more detailed/thorough than an average cleaning. I will clean every room from top to bottom during this deep clean. I prefer to set a time limit on the cleaning, anywhere from 3-6 hours. The reason I do this is so you can see the quality of my work before agreeing to have me come back regularly and decide if we believe we are a good fit for one another.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally begin speaking with them through thumbtack or text messaging, just to establish what it is they are looking for and answer any questions they may have. The next step is typically scheduling the initial deep clean unless the customer feels more comfortable meeting in person and discussing things face to face, which I'm happy to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from high school and have been cleaning for over a decade on a professional manner.
