- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am able to quote most work over the phone, email or text on the same day. In order to get you the most fair price it is usually a good idea for me to look at your property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each property has a file and is cut with your preferences in mind. Gaits locks, pets, specific hours are all handled up front so you don't have to worry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ten years on the job! I am certified and licensed as a Pesticide applicator by the State of Wisconsin. I attend regular turf and landscape training seminars.
