Suite 101 Experiences

Introduction: I think it's the noise in our heads that holds us back from living our best lives. The hamster wheel that races in our brain with critical self talk, comparisons, doubts, fears, shoulds, and not enoughs. Getting stuck in these thoughts gets us stuck in our lives. It keeps us from loving as fully as we could. It detracts us from finding deep peace. It holds us back from living with unabashed joy and wonder. I help people slow the hamster wheel and find untapped confidence and clarity so they can move forward with momentum and intention. While I do "traditional" life coaching, I also (always and only with their permission) draw out the courage of my clients and incorporate creativity. When used in service of them creating their amazing life, it is a powerful and effective tool. My work was featured in the October 2016 issue of BRAVA magazine.
