Had a great experience with Fred! Was driving for several days to move over to Madison. Called Fred a couple hours before I would be arriving to my apartment in Madison. He was incredibly responsive and told me he could be there to help me unload a trailer I rented. The trailer had several heavy items and 10-15 boxes and Fred was able to get everything up to my apartment in less than an hour. This was a big relief for me, especially after the days of driving and being exhausted. Competitors were charging a lot more for those that had same-day availability (which many did not).
