Introduction: I was never a natural athlete. I tried very hard but was always the clumsiest one in the bunch. I’ve tried numerous exercise practices that never delivered the results I wanted. I truly doubted that change was possible for me. I challenged myself and have proven that it is possible and if I can do it, anyone can. When I finally found what works I had to share it with the world! This discovery did not only change my body; it changed my mind, too.
